Hugo Spritz

  • ½ – 1 oz St. Germain
  • 3oz Prosecco
  • 1oz soda water
  • Mint
  • Lemon peel
  1. Add St. Germain and 3-4 mint leaves to your glass, and muddle well
  2. Top with ice
  3. Add prosecco and soda water to glass and stir well
  4. Garnish with mint shrub and/or lemon zest

 

Hugo Spritz (Pitcher)

  • ⅔ – 1¼ cups St. Germain (5 – 10 oz)
  • 3¾ cups Prosecco (30 oz)
  • 1¼ cups soda water (10 oz)
  • Mint leaves (about 20-30 leaves)
  • Lemon peel (from 1-2 lemons)
  1. Add St. Germain and mint leaves to the pitcher, and muddle well.
  2. Fill the pitcher halfway with ice.
  3. Add Prosecco and soda water to the pitcher and stir well.
  4. Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon zest.

 

Lone Ranger

  • 1 ½ oz Tequila Blanco
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • .5oz rich simple syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
  • 2oz sparkling rose
  • Lemon peel
  1. Add tequila, lemon juice and simple syrup to cocktail shaker, and shake with ice for 20 seconds
  2. Strain into glass filled with fresh ice
  3. Top with sparkling rose, and stir gently
  4. Garnish with lemon zest

 

Lone Ranger (Pitcher)

  • 12 oz Tequila Blanco (1½ cups)
  • 8 oz lemon juice (1 cup)
  • 4 oz rich simple syrup (½ cup) – made with 2 parts sugar to 1 part water
  • 16 oz sparkling rosé (2 cups)
  • Lemon peel (from 1-2 lemons)
  1. Add tequila, lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to a large pitcher.
  2. Fill the pitcher halfway with ice.
  3. Stir the mixture for about 20 seconds.
  4. Add sparkling rosé to the pitcher and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest.

 

Limoncello Spritz

  • 2oz limoncello
  • 3oz prosecco
  • 1oz club soda
  • Mint
  1. Measure out limoncello, prosecco and club soda in a glass over ice
  2. Stir gently
  3. Garnish with mint shrub

 

Limoncello Spritz (Pitcher)

  • 16 oz limoncello (2 cups)
  • 24 oz prosecco (3 cups)
  • 8 oz club soda (1 cup)
  • Mint leaves (about 20-30 leaves for garnish)
  1. Add limoncello, prosecco, and club soda to a large pitcher.
  2. Fill the pitcher halfway with ice.
  3. Stir the mixture gently.
  4. Garnish with mint sprigs.
